Property Acquisition Criteria

Land Purchases:

We are currently seeking to acquire high visibility, with good access, land zoned for retail development in both San Diego and southwest Riverside Counties. We are looking for one-half-acre to twenty-acre properties located at freeway offramps and major intersections with high traffic counts and sizeable residential and/or daytime populations. Utilities adjacent to the site are preferred, as well as zoning appropriate for retail uses.

Existing Building Purchases:

We are currently acquiring:

  • Existing Retail Buildings & Centers- 2,500 SF to 150,000 SF; leased, vacant, or partially leased
